My Watercolour journey commenced in October 2019 at a social workshop with Caroline Deeble.
Caroline has continued as my mentor and teacher and I attend Classes at the Lakehouse Studio, Canberra.
I have no formal art background but bring to Class my curiosity about watercolour and intuitive skills from my hobbies of photography and textiles.
Canberra is a city of natural beauty with clear skies and four distinct seasons so there is always inspiration close to home.
In 2020 when classes were suspended due to Covid19, Caroline encouraged us to engage with the FabrianoinAcquarello InArte presentations. This was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the world of watercolour and appreciate the generosity of the artists involved.
