Hallo! I'm Francesca Acerbi, currently I'm an Art teacher in the secondary school in Modena. I was born in Campiglia M.ma (LI) in 1976. Currently member of the Italian Watercolorists Association-AIA. I started my artistic formation in Florence in 1999 from the "Palazzo Spinelli" Institute for Art and Restoration. I work in the field of decoration for architecture and restoration of wall paintings. Since 2008 I have been leading artistic workshops in primary schools, creating murals with the students and teaching the fresco technique. In 2009 I moved to Castelfranco Emila (MO), where I started new studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and in 2020 I obtained a Master's Degree in Art History. In 2014 I partecipate in "Cuore di Pietra" public art project realized by Academy of fine Arts of Bologna and the municipal Administration of Pianoro (BO) and in 2018 my work "Texile map for Cuore di Pietra" was permanently installed in Piazza Falcone e Borsellino in Pianoro (BO). I took part in the exibition "Signs of Resistance", project which sees the collaboration between ANPI, Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna and the Parri Historical Insitute of Bologna. In 2019 the work "texile Map for Signs of Resistance" was acquired from the permanent collection of the Legislative Assembly of Emila Romagna; the reproduction of this work printed in aluminium is installed in the park of Villa Spada in Bologna. In the fileld of watercolour I started to improve my skills from 2017 attending workshops of italian and foreign masters and partecipating in italian and international contests and exibitions such as:"Giochi d'acqua" exibition at the Salotto Muratori in Vignola (MO), 25 september-9 october 2022."Premio Iva Montepoli" Nonantola Museum, dicember 2021-genuary 2022-audience award. "World Watercolor Day 2021" at the AIA headquarters in Milan, november 2021. "Towards the abstract" at the Galleria degli Artisti in Milan, May 2021. "Monza International contest"
