I am a wood artist by training and profession, specializing in flowing sculptural creations. However, I have been studying drawing and painting for over 20 years now, gradually focusing more and more on watercolors. I originally began painting as a complementary outlet to my wood artistry. Now, though, I find that watercolor painting has become a staple of my life.
While I enjoy working in various genres of watercolor, I find that my strength seems to lie mainly in still lifes.
The opportunities for growth and expression in watercolors are endless, and I hope to always continue experimenting, learning and improving both as an artist ....and as a person.
