I was born in Estonia. In 1990 I graduated from Tartu Higher School of Arts, majoring in creative leather design. I work as an artist at Türi Community Centre. I have been involved in painting, illustrating and applied arts. In 2011, I took more interest in watercolour painting and it has become my main field now.
From 2018 I am a member of the Estonian Watercolour Society. I have participated in various joint and personal exhibitions since 1994. From time to time I participate in domestic and international watercolor exhibitions.
I have chosen watercolour as my art medium because it gives so many challenges. Co-operation between the water and the pigment can always have a surprise for you, so it is never ever boring. I have not chosen a certain style and technique, I try different options and I enjoy surprises.
