"What matters to me is not so much to reproduce reality but to capture the moment in a mixture of colors, lines and movements.

By painting, I discover the importance of exploring our interpretative abilities and the need to travel in a creative space without pictorial pretensions.

The unexpected things that watercolor offers us, I fell like an invitation to play with the material. An opportunity to experience painting intensely to express myself in the subtle and nuanced language of chromatic and graphic rhythms.

Why watercolor?

Watercolor's medium in which I find a very particular effervescence. A material that's sometimes destabilizing...where everything's in movement and where balance is nevertheless essential.
