Konstantina Giza, grew up in Lesvos island, Greece and studies at school of Visual and Applied Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, AUTh. In highschool she tried the medium of watercolor for the first time and it seemed really charming and inspirational. That is why she has prefered it as a medium ever since.

   Watercolor is a special medium for Konstantina, for its transparency and brightness. By mixing pigments with water she can express her feelings and ideas. But first and foremost she can draw cats!!

   Cat is Konstantina's favourite animal and theme for artworks. She feels connected with them on a spiritual level, loves watching and taking pictures of them and then drawing them in any possible way.
