Rochelle C. Mendoza or "Cher" as she likes to be called is a practicing Interior Designer who graduated from the University of the Philippines where she strengthened her skills in the arts and learned art theories. While she learned the basics of watercolor through her art subjects in college, she is mostly self taught when it came to advanced techniques. 

She has always had a thirst for learning and each watercolor piece finished is a learning progress. She has participated in several international and local watercolor competitions since joining the Philippine Guild of Watercolorists last 2020. Her works have been exhibited albeit virtually in the exhibits of Pyrenees, Vietnam, Iran and Japan just to name a few. 

Cher will continue to challenge herself in learning more techniques while also sharing as much of the learnings to her fellow artist colleagues.
