Anne is a Canadian international award-winning watercolor artist who feels very fortunate to do what she loves professionally.

Her awards include the coveted gold medal from AWS and several from international watercolor exhibits worldwide. She has also been featured in art magazines in Asia, North America and Europe.

After graduating from an interior design program from University of Manitoba, Canada, Anne worked briefly as a graphic artist before teaching herself about watercolor. Since she began painting seriously in 2005, she has created a substantial body of work: many of these pieces are part of a collection in homes and corporations around the world.

Her inspirations come from the people and landscapes both close to home and worldwide. Special moments are captured with her camera - the light, an architectural detail, or the posture or expression of a person –they are then recreated in her studio.

Anne has many affiliations with societies in both America and Canada, with signature membership with AWS (df), CSPWC, NWS, TWSA, and SDWS
