I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. 

I'm an economist by profession and a Harvard Business School graduate. I used to work for one of the biggest international auditing and consulting firm. After I retired I moved to Hong Kong and Taiwan with my husband who was a diplomat. We spent 5 years in Asia, thats where I got acquainted and fall in love with the Chinese brush painting. After our return back to Hungary I could not find any opportunity to improve my skills in this kind of art so I switched to urban sketching and later to water colour about 4-5 years ago.

My favourite subjects are city scene - especially in my neighbourhood - and landscape.

Recently I had my first solo exhibition at a gallerie in the Buda Castle area, where I live.

Nowadays we spend most of our time at the north shore of the Lake Balaton - in the Kali basin - that is often called as the "Hungarian Provance". I have a small vineyard there with lovely hills and the Lake around, the perfect place and ambiance for painting.
