DR Maya Bhalerao Born and brought up in Maharashtra, India, she has made significant efforts to excel in her career as a [rofessional.
Her taste for Watercolor painting flourished few years ago and with her family‘s support she began to nurture this passion by practicing diligently.
The use of vibrant colors, her bold strokes and vivid imaginations have given birth to many beautiful landscapes. Her paintings are a symbol of zeal and enthusiasm she has towards life.
Her connection to nature is her inspiration. She tries to convey that sense of place by capturing its fleeting mystery and magic.
She is in love with the watercolor medium because of its transparency, fluidity and ethereal effect.
Her watercolour painting is given to Hon'ble President of India in 2024.
She has organised few Solo Exhibitions and many group exhibitions in the country.
She is the pioneer to start the Watercolour work in medical fraternmity.
She has given a new dimention to ART- by donnationg all the proceedings born out of her exhibitions to wellfare and healthcare of needy people. Thus she has made a positive impact as a Social connect and cultural exchange by her watercolour painting.
