Pam loves combining her love of travel with sketching to record her experiences along the way. From deserts to coastal areas, overseas throughout Europe and Africa - always with a pen at hand.  Trained as a Commercial Artist, Pam worked for many years in the Advertising Industry but in time focused on the Visual Arts and obtained her degree in Fine Art in Brisbane, Australia.

Attracted to the contrasts of the natural environment, vast spaces of the deserts and rivers, mountains and gorges, dunes and inlets, Pam often likes to portray these landscapes with a bold contemporary style.

Often she will focus on a series of the minutea - the small sections of the subject like a reflection in a river, or flotsam being washed down an inlet.

Experiences after a storm, bushfire or flood have led to many series in the past and continue to attract, with abstracted marks, contrast and drama.

Pam has won awards for her painting and sculpture and is in both Public and Private Collections throughout  Australia and many countries.
