Memories from my trips around Iceland and Norway have resulted in more than 50 quite big watercolors (102 x 66 cm) and also several smaller ones, in where I tried to capture my feelings for some characteristics of Nordic landscapes. I was for example very sad to see how fast the glacier ice of Vatnajökull melts at JökulsárlónOne trip I made to the north of Iceland in the middle of November 2019. The weather was dark and grey, and the mountains where covered with snow with graphic patterns in grey and black. Fishing trips to Norway catching big cods and halibuts in the most scenic rough landscapes have inspired me a lot!
