from an early age to present time it is a long journey of Ali Abbas known as a master watercolor artist in the world. he has been proving himself to be an honor for pakistan that he recieved gold medal from Spain. Moreover, he received several awards such as watercolor master award from UK, Best demos from Italy, watercolor master award from Hong Kong, world watercolor master award from Thailand, National assemble award from Islamabad and 9th tehzeeb foundation award from Pakistan. he is also awarded from Czech republic, Malaysia, Serbia, India, Bulgaria, China and many other countries
after getting international recognition he did not stop and decided to bring up the national talent altogether with the global artist. keeping this mission in mind he curated the first ever international watercolor biennale in pakistan titled as international watercolor biennale " Pearls of peace" season I in 2016, season II in 2018 and season III in 2020. it was his intellect that now pakistani watercolor artists are well received in the world. he also printed thirteen watercolor books to store the medium in books to be beneficial for the generations.
Ali Abbas is a leading master in watercolor. He has been nominated as a juror in world class watercolor competitions and selection boards for international watercolor exhibitions, has been conducting international watercolors and live demostration in many countries and exhibited his work in several group and solo exhibitions of national and international level. Abbas's sculpture monuments installed at public places at hyderabad have now become as an identity of this city. he has experienced his teachinf profession since last 35 years and he is currently working as a senior faculty member in fine arts department at Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro university, Jamshoro, Pakistan.&a
