Ada(Yifei) Chen was born in Jiangsu, China in 2000. 

She is now studying for a bachelor degree in Visual Arts at the University of Sydney. 

She has studied sketching since primary school, and studied oil painting in junior high school. She is currently experimenting with watercolor as her main creative medium. The themes of the works are mostly portraits and animals.

Ada won the first prize of Under 30's Emerging Artist in The Australia Watercolour Muster in 2020, and plans to hold a solo exhibition in Brisbane in 2022.

She now lives and studies in Sydney, Australia.
