Julie Morris is from South Lanarkshire. She mainly exhibits in small galleries in Lanarkshire and the Scottish Borders. She has exhibitited a few paintings in open exhibitions at the Royal Scottish Academy. 

Her subjects are mainly of nearby landscapes, buildings and seasapes which often include her love of local history. 

Julie previously worked as an in house artist for a company specializing in collectables until its closure in 2018.
