A mostly self-taught artist, who gained a few pointers through basic painting classes or workshops with such talented artists as Ivan Wheale, Brian Atyeo, Ona Kingdon, Atanaur Dogan. Susan Lampinen, Colette Theriault, Christie A. Smith and Ellen Catherwood.  Michelle posses unique talents and a style all her own gained by trial and error which she continues to perfect with each new piece.

          Michelle is an internationally recognized artist who has taught classes and exhibited at local Art Shops, Cambrian College, private classes and in her own studio for many years and has works in collections in New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, The United States, Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.  Works have been exhibited in 11 Northern Ontario Art Association Juried Exhibits, Lacloche Art Show, Art Gallery of Sudbury, International Watercolour Society (Canada) Juried Exhibit, Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, International Watercolour Society's 1st ever North American Virtual Exhibit, and FabrianoinAcquarello 2022 amoung others. 

Mediums include watercolor, soft pastel, acrylic as well as pen & ink.
