Angela Tatli, born in 1963 in southern Germany, is a watercolor artist specializing in expressive painting. Her work features floral and figurative motifs, portraits, and occasional landscapes. With a vibrant color palette and an experimental approach, she creates images that evoke emotions and tell compelling stories.
Her artistic journey began over 25 years ago, inspired by her career as a hairdresser, make-up artist, and color consultant. Her passion for aesthetics and individuality naturally led her to portrait painting. After experiencing burnout, Angela decided to dedicate herself entirely to art, embracing a freer and more experimental style.
Influential courses with Bernhard Vogel in Salzburg and workshops with other renowned artists significantly shaped her technique and artistic expression. She combines traditional watercolor methods with innovative techniques, such as washing out colors and building layers, often integrating mixed media for added dynamism.
Angela regularly showcases her work in galleries and on art platforms, captivating a wide audience.
