Cecilia Ceccarelli

I am a 47-year-old woman; since I was a child I have loved drawing and painting, but I have never had the opportunity to study in depth. I am self-taught.

As a girl I loved charcoal and pencil. In recent years I have become passionate about watercolor: I am fascinated by the colors that blend into each other and the surprising effect given by water. In particular I love painting landscapes and flowers.

Last March I attended two workshops held by Pinuccia Tartagni at the Aia (Italian Watercolorists Association) in Milan.

In November 2024 I participated with one of my works in the exhibition Senza Ali, senza rete, organized in Verona in favor of the Association "Isolina e...", about violence against women.
