Chiara Serra

Born in Turin in 1971, I live in Marene, a small country town in front of Monviso (famously known as the Stone King). Here, surrounded by golden wheat fields, flowers, and the company of cows, cats, dogs and songbirds, I find inspiratione for my art.

Passionate about children's illustration, I studied for a long time with the talented Francesca Chessa, an illustrator from Turin.

More recently, for the past four years, I've been exploring the beauty of watercolour technique under the guidance of the great artist Lorena Massa.

I'm deeply grateful to both of them for their teachings and support in shaping my artistic journey.
