About me
Enchanted by the beauty of Turku archipelago, these landscapes catch my eye and inspire my paintings.
My grandfather was a painter, an artist by profession. Yet, I did not have the chance to learn but very little from him. He passed away when I was young. Intead, I have had the opportunity to attend lessons held by Tapani Kiippa, a famous art teacher and watercolour master who also lives in Naantali.
Naantali Art Society (Naantalin Taideyhdistys) is close to my heart. Since over three years now I have the honour to be the chairperson of the board.
