Diana Kaplun

My name is Diana Kaplun. I was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan - a vibrant multi-cultural city in central Asia with gorgeous mountain views 🍂 Growing up I was surrounded by beautiful nature, amazing people and a diverse environment. Just like Kazakhstan itself located between Europe and Asia, I was impacted by both cultures.

I am a lawyer and a mom to three wonderful kids.

In 2019 I had started taking art classes and fell in love with watercolors! This technic offers so much freedom in self expression. I love the flow and having little to no control over the end result. I love watching the paint run across the paper, forming new shapes, blending colors and living its own life. The result is always a surprise - yet always a beautiful surprise! 😍
