About me
December 2016... while visiting Cocó and Carlos Massari home in Lago Hermoso (Patagonia Argentina) my eyes were dazzled with the paintings that decorated his charming house.
"Who painted them?!!!... What technique is it?"
Cocó answered: "It's watercolor, I painted them".
I was in love. The first words I said was: "Can you teach me???"
In 2018 I bought the watercolors, the papers and the brushes and Cocó tought me some months. After that it was very difficult to find who teach me in the town... so I kept the watercolors, the papers and the brushes but I didn't know how.
Until... in 2021 Kira Mamontoff appeared in our town. She was a watercolorist from Buenos Aires, who came back to San Martin to teach "Initiation in Watercolor". She tought me how to make me friend with water, to trust in it. Her classes were true refuges of creativity and joy. She gave us freedom of action and transmitted us the love for watercolor and flowers. Thank you Kira!
In 2022 I took classes of drawing with Ale Moreno Moreno in Tanta Tinta Watercolor School (virtually), she is an excellent drawing teacher and has a peculiar technique.
In 2023 also in this school I began "Intermediate Watercolor" with Vladimir Merchensky who is a great teacher, his classes are full of information and content.
For me the watercolor is transparency, motion, brightness and help me to reflect how beautiful is the life around me.
In 2024 "Bosque Acuatico" was chosen in Acuarelo fabriano.
