About me
I have not made arts education.
Nevertheless, I had beautiful models and follow many lessons.
Painting is not my job.
For all this and many other reasons, I have long believed to be a sham, a fraud ... well, the word does not exist to say that when we do not know the so-even.
For three years I worked with a model, Maud. I would not have done anything without her confident and sensitive participation.
It is sometimes said that my work is unusual, unclassifiable, provocative, iconoclastic, or even intellectual...
My way of painting often takes me out of the usually acclaimed for watercolor techniques. Is that I was not born with a pure watercolor box in hands. No, I was preparing only small gouache boxes that are given to children to have fun, and I came in watercolor with my habits of high "gouacheuse" (painter with gouache) wrong.
It was only much later that I learned that we should not "gouacher", pasting, return to work, mixing too many colors, tiring paper, use white ... yada yada yada .. .but it was too late. So I kept some "bad habits" and worse, in some cases, I have consciously developed.
