About me

Erum Abdullah is an internationally acclaimed artist whose work is a celebration of nature's beauty and its profound connection to humanity. Born in Pakistan, Erum later lived in the United Arab Emirates before settling in Canada five years ago. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and studies in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, which uniquely inform her creative process.

Erum's art blends abstract, contemporary, and landscape styles, often weaving nature with people and everyday objects. Her environmentally conscious approach reflects a deep love for the natural world, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on their relationship with it. She seeks to inspire tranquility and a renewed appreciation for the environment in an increasingly hectic world.

Her passion for nature began in childhood, shaping a lifelong artistic journey that has been recognized globally. Erum has participated in prestigious exhibitions, including World Art Dubai, UNESCO Beirut, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, and Fabriano In Aquarello in Italy. In addition to exhibitions, Erum has led numerous live art events and workshops, including collaborations with special needs children and initiatives like live art on the UAE’s Tolerance Bridge and Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise Ship. She continues to inspire through community engagement, offering art therapy sessions for seniors and promoting creativity across diverse audiences.
