Piyush Sharma

Piyush has been passionate about drawing and painting since early childhood. His journey that started from graphite and charcoal media , moved to acrylics and oil and seems now to have found a soul-stay in the transparency of water colour media. Largely a self-taught artist,painting for him is a way of celebrating life and it’s scattered around us. This is evident in hundreds of his work that include vibrantly painted landscapes, elements of nature, portraits and still lifes. His works starts with capturing nature, the people and their activities,with his eyes and tries to bring them back to life on papers and canvases. Through his art a sense, he attempts to capture the “spirit” of a certain place, set a communication of what he sees and feels and as well as a bonding with others the beauty of life.
