I've been drawing and painting since childhood. They are the means that naturally presented themselves to me to tame the world around us.
My training owes much to the Spanish artist Dolors Bolaños, a pupil of the Spanish master Josep Martinez Lozano, and to Charles Reid.
My watercolor work attempts to restore the expressive, aesthetic and poetic qualities of water, which must leave a trace of its passage in the layer of color.
I've been exhibiting my paintings since 2010, which was also the year of my first awards, including the Prix de la Société des Aquarellistes de Bretagne 2011, the Prix de la Ville de Lorient 2014, the Premier Prix de la Ville de Montgermont 2015 and in April 2021 my work was a Finalist in the International Watercolor Master (IWM), then in December 2021 my paintings were again selected in the TOP 200 Merit Awards of the IWM for the year 2022. In 2023 I was awarded First Prize at the International Watercolor Festival Online Freedom Ukraine.
Since 2009, I have collaborated with the French Red Cross and regularly with the art press, including Pratique des Arts, Plaisir de Peindre, Dessin et Peinture, Artistes Magazine, L'art de l'Aquarelle, and The Art of Watercolor.
In response to requests following these publications, I organize art workshops.
My paintings can be found in private collections in France and abroad (Germany, USA, Australia, Malta, New Zealand, Greece, Belgium, Italy).
