Ä°lknur Paksoy- Watercolor artist.Born in1966 in Turkey.She lives in Ankara.She is a dermatologist.She is married and had one children.
In consequence of her admiration to the sensitive, glittering and poetical style of watercolor paintings, she started her watercolor journey in Orhan Gürel's studio in 2004 .She had attended workshops from Işıl Özışık,Burhan Özer,Vahap DemirbaÅŸ,Ayten TaÅŸpınar, Keiko Tanabe,Fabio Cembranelli and Alvaro Castagnet.In 2019 she attended ' Painting Reading and Historical styles of art Movements' e- programme in Mimar Sinan university of Finearts.In In 2021 she took part in Thomas Schaller's one year online course 'Design and the Power of Imagination '.In 2022she took' modern Techniques for watercolor cityscapes '' online course.She participated in Artefacto Family with Konstantin Sterkhov .In this program she got the chance of taking several different courses and workshops from so many different artistsand trying different styles.
She had two solo and several group exhibitions Her work was selected for Urbino in Acquerello as a member of Artefacto Family in 2024.She took part in International Watercolor Festivals. She is the member of IWS .
She is always in love with the beautiful, transparent and emotional touches of watercolor. She continues her painting journey with the happiness and pleasure that watercolor gives her.
