Marie Thé Canovas
French Watercolor artist born on May 27, 1950 in Maromme (seine Maritime) France
When I was 14 years old I attended drawing and painting courses during 4 years.
The teacher was Mr OURIEZ from "Paris Fine Arts Academy". I learned the importance
of a good drawing with precise values.
Later on I followed my husband in th south east of France.there I worked with a water color artis during 5 years. I loved at first sight this difficult art mixing colors an water.
I paint seas, landscapes an portraits, but my favorite patterns are drapery and flowers in memory of my first training.
I run a painting workshop in my village through an association.
Since 2007 I exhibit my painting in a gallery in Valence, in association with 6 painters
and 6 sculptors.
Since 2018 I am President of Rochemaure Aquarelle Association.
