Hello!
I am Dr Kanchan Murhekar. I am a medical doctor by profession and artist by passion. I work as a consultant oncopathologist in a tertiary cancer centre in Chennai. I enjoy creating artworks in all media, but watercolors are very dear to me. I find the flowing, transparent nature of watercolors very fascinating and the sheer unpredictability of the medium excites me. I draw my inspiration from nature and people around me. Watercolors are like meditation for me.
