About me
My preferred medium is aquarelle and oils.
Annually I have an exhibition at my studio. I have been painting for more than 30 years.
I present workshops in aquarelle.
What inspires me to paint is what I see and experience in the ordinary around us as well as the spiritual.These moments of interest and beauty compel me to create and paint.
I am best known for my watercolours and also for the big range of themes in my work. Birds remain a theme in my work, bird lover that I am.
In portraiture I work to bring out the character of the person. This gives me great pleasure.
I perceive and enjoy the visual stories in nature. To portray this is my challenge.
Teaching underprivileged children was a good experience that taught me about a different life and to appreciate my blessings , to be content.
