About me

I started my painting studies in primary school under the guidance of René BenkÅ‘, an art teacher. Later, I continued my studies with JenÅ‘ Barcsay, a famous painter and professor at the University of Fine Arts, who is also renowned abroad. I also owe a lot to sculptor Miklós Borsos.
From 1979 I continued my studies in London. In 1985 I moved to Vienna. I had exhibitions in London, Vienna, Munich, Budapest and in the countryside. My work can be found in private collections in England, Germany, Austria, Italy and Hungary. Most of my paintings are abroad.
I am a member of the National Association of Hungarian Artists.
In my paintings I try to depict the impossible, the emotions of the soul. Which is different for everyone and changes at every moment.
Capturing these moments in the permanent present, using the pure traditional means of painting, and healing them - this is my mission.
I was called "the painter of the soul" in a company.
