About me
Elham Tavakol was born in Shiraz, from an early age, she demonstrated an innate artistic talent and continued to bring her creative passion to fruition. In 2011 she moved to Tehran to study for a master of Information Technology but realized that painting is the main part of her soul. So, she started watercolor in 2016 during her studies and work.
Her first group exhibition was in 2018 at the Ariana art Gallery which was exhibited by her master, Mr.Mohammadali Yazdchi and some of his selected students. This exhibition had a great impact on her self-confidence in painting and made her more eager to continue.
Elham has some major art prizes including the Second Iranian watercolor festival in 2018 which she received the certificate of Appreciation from the juries. Also Participated in the first national symposium of watercolor painting of Iran in 2019 and selected as one of the first 5 top artists of the festival.
