About me
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, I moved to the beautiful Garden Route area to complete my schooling and where I have lived ever since.
Although I had no formal art training I have always loved painting and nature and done various forms of art from a young age.
My favourite medium is watercolour and the subjects that inspire me most are the beautiful landscapes in our country as well as wildlife and trees.
I belong to a few art associations locally that have regular exhibitions and have also been
shortlisted for the David Shepherd Wildlife artist of the year in 2022 as well as the
SA Artist Magazine Landscape Artist of the year 2022.
Collecting reference photos and creating travel sketchbooks on road trips around the country are a never ending source of inspiration for my paintings.
