Cecilia L Manuel, MD MPHC is a heath professional for 30 years and became interested in painting in 2016. With no professional training and primarily self-taught, she read from from books and from videos of artists online. She experimented using acrylic initially and now with watercolor. Landscapes, flora and fauna are currently her preferred art subjects. She categorizes herself as a painting enthusiast and hobbyist and appreciates learning from generous artists from different art groups online. She has joined local and international exhibits for the last 8 years.
