About me
RENATO PALMUTI
Fine artist, illustrator and designer born and resident in São Paulo – Brazil.
He started his artistic career working as an illustrator, studio head and art director in several advertising and promotion agencies. In the early 2000’s, he focused his work on advertising illustration and founded his own studio in 2005, working for agencies in Brazil and other countries.
His studies and personal works have taken him to a more artistic approach in his process, mainly with the consistent practice of the watercolor technique. Which he incorporated in his illustration projects, studies with life models and in his work of personal expression.
Today, in addition to illustration, he works as a visual artist, and teaches courses and workshops on drawing and watercolor painting in companies, groups and institutions related to art and culture. He is an international instructor for Urban Sketchers and Brazilian co-representative of the International Watercolor Society.
