After spending three years in California, USA, which taught me a different way of seeing life, and back in Costa Rica,my tenacious interest in the promotion of Costa Rican art,was a good reason to incorporate more than a dozen of my colleagues into my gallery, among sculptors and painters, I managed to consolidate from 1997 to 2008, an good example of artistic practice in that coastal area of the Pacific side of Costa Rica, where the absence of art prevails at that time. My paintings are in countries as Germany, Spain, the United States, France, and Costa Rica, thanks to my art gallery bussiness.Subsequently, in the face of family matters,I decided to go to the capital, San José, where I decide to study a technician in Interior Design, mixing, personal projects, visits to galleries, museums, but without ever ruling out future help to artists to achieve promotion of their Costa Rican art, including my work.
In different occasions, I assisted, in sales- info-promotion of Latin American art with Ford Fine Art Gallery Florida, USA, at the International fairs, during the Art Miami Week. Amazing experience!
I then become involved in a Financial Art project, with a renowned Costa Rican gallerist but for different reasons, this program does not advance anymore after structured and finished. I decide then, to complement my life with a college degree, choosing to obtain the Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at UCCART University, in San José, Costa Rica. Simultánealy I contribute for 4 years ad-honorem with Suzanne Snider and Mark Ford in the logistics to carry out formalities and connections in my country and different affairs involved within for the elaboration of the bilingual art book: "Modernism in Central America".
