About me
PEER RETERA (1960) - DUTCH
Peer is born in a family with painters and cartoonists so he grew up in a very creative manner. After working for the government for 16 years he switched and became a professional cartoonist and caricaturist. He worked as a cartoon-visualiser for Capgemini for more then 10 years. In the summer of 2018 Peer discovered watercolors. That caused a shift in passion! From that moment on he never stop painting (and learning)
Peer is a short cut for Peter, born in Eindhoven the Netherlands, May 13 1960. He travelled all continents since hewas 20, including North and South pole. Therefor he's seen nature, cities and landscapes in all varieties and that inspires him every day.
Peer:
Being a artist means mostly working alone. Being amongst fellow artists in this playform gives me a feeling of being a team.
