Tarun Kumar Mitra

Mr. Tarun Kumar Mitra is an Indian Artist specialized in Water and oil painting based out of Dhubri, a small town in the state of Assam, often known as the Land of Rivers. A full-time Government employee and part-time Art Tutor, lauded with various district and state-level awards. 

His painting often speaks about the community which resides around Brahmaputra (River), where he grew up. He also credited the mighty river for showing different shades of color nature can have.
