I'm Annette Kamfer. Studied Art, Textile Design, Stellenbosch varsity. Self taught in watercolor and love and enjoy the detailed use there of. The effects of light and shade, colour and texture is important to me to capture, always a challenge.

Painting children I do with a sympathetic and sensitive approach. I hope my paintings is an invitation to others, to enjoy my world of colour that I like to use when painting my thoughts and feelings, joy and emotions on paper. My small paintings are snatches of moments spent in certain special places, immortalized in the vibrant and sometimes saturated colours I love.
