Graduated Academy of Art. Have worked in global advertising agencies Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mother and other.
Member of International Women Independent Artist's Fund "Tan Sholpan". Originally from Kazakhstan, based in Belgium.
My paintings are in a private collections in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, OAE, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Since very small I have been painting with watercolors. I love to spin the funnel, pouring water over everything. Feel myself as a leaf quietly sliding in the stream and let the magic happen. Then I flutter with brushes, fingers, napkins, pencils and even palette knife - pacifying the water element.
I make my own paint myself, like old masters from natural pigments and gum arabic. I love the smell of watercolors and its glossy shine.
The whole process, from the meditative rubbing of the pigment and wetting the paper to the frantic sending the colors in the right direction, fascinates and delights me! It is breathtaking journey which I want to share with you.
