Sono nato a Venezia e sin da quando ero piccolo ho dimostrato sempre particolare interesse per tutte le forme d'arte: pittura, musica, fotografia. All'età di circa 15 anni ho partecipato, incuriosito, ad un concorso di pittura in Piazza S. Marco dove, se non ricordo male, feci un disegno con dei pastelli rappresentando la Piazza. Morale: dopo uno o due mesi ricevetti una telefonata dove mi chiedevano conferma del mio nome comunicandomi che avevo vinto un premio, con mio grande stupore!

Mi sono avvicinato agli acquerelli con molto rispetto (si, perché di questo si tratta personalmente) a metà degli anni 90 e fino al 2003, anno di nascita del mio primo figlio e da quel momento non ho più disegnato nulla. La seconda figlia, gli impegni familiari e l'aver cambiato completamente tipo di vita spostandomi da Venezia a Belluno mi ha tolto l'ispirazione, fino al Dicembre 2024, quando grazie ad un video apparso per caso su YT mi si è riaccesa la passione.

Da quel momento ho ripreso con grande forza e vigore e con grandi prospettive. I figli sono cresciuti e quindi mi sono ritrovato con del tempo a disposizione che prima non avevo.

La prima grande soddisfazione arriva a Settembre 2025 quando, per scommessa, decido di proporre 3 miei acquerelli alla Mostra Internazionale delle 3 Venezie, dedicata a William Turner, e vengo selezionato per la Finale con un quadro, "Sicily – On the sea", esposto al Palazzo dei Trecento a Treviso ottenendo anche il Certificato di Eccellenza sul tema "Landscapes".

I was born in Venice and since I was little I have always shown particular interest in all forms of art: painting, music, photography. At the age of about 15 I participated, intrigued, in a painting competition in Piazza San Marco where, if I remember correctly, I made a drawing with pastels representing the Square. Moral: after one or two months I received a phone call asking for confirmation of my name telling me that I had won a prize, to my great amazement!

I approached watercolors with great respect (yes, because that's what it is personally) in the mid-90s and until 2003, the year my first son was born, and from that moment I didn't draw anything anymore. My second daughter, family commitments and having completely changed my lifestyle moving from Venice to Belluno took away my inspiration, until December 2024, when thanks to a video that appeared by chance on YT, my passion was rekindled.

From that moment I started again with great strength and vigor and with great prospects. The children have grown up and so I found myself with time available that I didn't have before.

The first great satisfaction arrived in September 2025 when, as a bet, I decided to propose 3 of my watercolors to the International Exhibition of the 3 Venices, dedicated to William Turner, and I was selected for the Final with a painting, "Sicily – On the sea", exhibited at the Palazzo dei Trecento in Treviso obtaining also the Certificate of Excellence on the theme "Landscapes".
