My name is Kasia – I’m an architect by profession, and in my private life, a mom, rock climbing enthusiast, and mountain runner.
Two years ago, I came close to professional burnout. During that time, painting helped me rediscover the joy of creating and reconnect with a passion that had been with me since childhood. Immersing myself in the world of watercolor allowed me to find balance, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose
Watercolor painting became my refuge – a place to breathe, feel, and reconnect. Its lightness, unpredictability, and deep connection to nature completely captivated me. Now I know I’ll never let it go – it’s part of who I am.
I still work full-time as an architect, but I dream of growing this creative path. In the future, I dream of leading watercolor plein air workshops in the mountains – where we paint, breathe, and connect with nature together.
The mountains are my greatest muse – their silence, vastness, and ever-changing light appear in nearly all of my work.
