About me
Yasuko Morita (born 1961 in Mie, Japan) began painting after her children became independent and started studying watercolor under Koichi Murata at “EVERGREEN.” She works with transparent watercolors, valuing clarity, subtle blending, and the interplay of light and shadow. Morita’s work has been selected for the International Watercolor Exchange Exhibition, the Spring and Autumn Net Exhibitions, and she has received an award in the JAM Art Competition.
