Me, Leana Oberholzer (née Craemer), grew up between the Waterberge in the beautiful town of Nylstroom, South Africa.
I discovered my love for painting in primary school — and I never stopped.
After my studies, I had the privilege of living in Namibia. Namibia is a paradise for any artist, and the inspiration I gathered during those years still lives in my work today.
At the moment, I am a teacher at a very small school in Groot Marico, South Africa, where I teach Art and Culture among other subjects.
And every spare moment I have, I spend painting — my greatest passion.
