About me

My journey in art is a natural evolution of my vocation for the care of life. For years, I practiced medicine, a profession that granted me an analytical capacity for observation and a deep sensitivity toward human fragility. Today, that same gaze is turned toward paper, where art and nature have become my new language of connection and well-being.

As an educator and artist specializing in watercolor and Mixed Media, I lead the Dani Arte Mix project, where I seek to inspire others to find a space for enjoyment and personal rediscovery through painting. My creative process is a constant exploration of vitality: I do not seek the perfection of form, but rather the truth of the process.

In my work, botanical morphology merges with organic abstraction. I investigate the beauty of the ephemeral—such as the cycles of the flowers that inhabit my studio—to rescue them from oblivion. Through transparencies, filaments that evoke vital systems, and a constant dialogue with the gravity of water, I attempt to capture the essence of what remains when time seems to have stood still.
