I was born in Slonim, Belarus.

My drawing skills were discovered at the age of 12 and in the same year I attented the School of Fine Art in Minsk and was awarded a scholarship for 7 years.

I graduated from the Interior Design Faculty, State Academy of Fine Arts of Belarus (1991).

In 1992 I moved to Istanbul (Turkey) because of marriage and due to family  related reasons and my professional life, I had to take a break in my painting activities for the 20 years.

It's hard for me to believe, but it's already been 3 years since I made the decision to take up drawing advance my skills. This was when I  made my first investment in  watercolor painting supplies. I decided to take part in International Watercolor competitions and when I won my first awards, it inspired and motivated me to continue to work with watercolor media.
