Christine Reichow is a renowned watercolor artist.  Nature is her subject of choice.  Her work hangs in public and private collections throughout the world.  Along with magazine, newspaper, book and television features, she has received numerous national awards.  She was invited to show her art in the 2019 and 2020 Fabriano in Acquarello exhibitions in Fabriano, Italy.  She is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, Transparent Watercolor Society, Southern Watercolor Society, Watercolor West and the Florida Watercolor Society.

Artist’s Statement:  In all my art, the observer is my utmost concern.  In my watercolor paintings, I strive to stir emotion.  My desire is for the viewer to experience the serenity of the landscape, the splendor of a bird, the richness of a flower.  The process of painting puts me in an altered state of consciousness that is meditative but exciting, mysterious as well as satisfying and always pleasurable beyond imagination.
