Since childhood art has been an important part of my life. During the 10 years I lived in UK (1978-1988) I had a lot of contact with other artists.

I was always interested in the works of great masters improving my techniques in oil- and acrylic-painting as well as in charcoal drawings. However also other arts and crafts are interesting for me. So I did pottering, woodwork, sculpturing and many other artistic activities in the past.

Since 2020 I concentrate myself mainly on watercolour painting. Nature is for me an incredible and endless source for my creativety and inspiration.

Since 2023 I am a member of the German Watercolor Societey (DAG/GWS).

In 2023 and 2024 I was nominated to participated in the Watercolour-festival Cordoba (Spain) and I had several local exhibitions.
