Angelita V. Salanio has been painting in watercolor for almost 20 years. She has studied and painted under Philiippine Master Artists Fernando Sena, Roland Santos, George Ng and Johnny Ventosa. She has participated in numerous exhibits of various groups over the years.
Her well-received First Solo Show: Magical Inspirations, held in July 2012 at Artes Orientes, Serendra, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, is proof of her talent and skill in watercolor.
Recently, her artwork has been included in the JIWI International Watercolor Exhibition 2021, Niigata Japan. Likewise, she will be participating in the IWS India Biennale 2022, New Delhi, India in February 2022, the Art Connection Mondiale Exposition D’Aquarelles, France & Pologne, March 25 - 30 and April 15 - 20, 2022 and the Tirana International Contemporary Festival 2022, Albania on May 4, 2022.
