Johnny Patramanis was born in Thessaloniki Greece in 1992.

His main occupation is painting with watercolor, with themes that revolve around the human form. He started painting with watercolors in 2013 and fell in love with the atmosphere they provide. He likes to work with bold and gestural moves with the combination of precise and more realistic approach on his paintings.

He studied at the Department of Visual and Applied Arts at the University of Western Macedonia where he completed his studies in Fine Arts.  He is the administrator of Greece for FabrianoinAcquarello and one of the moderators for the Forum in the International Watercolor Platform that focuses on Under 30 Artists.

He is a Daniel Smith Artists’ Materials Brand Ambassador and he have received the “Young Artist Award” from Anna Massinissa the curator of Fabriano In Acquarello. It’s a very exclusive recognition given to a talented artist who has done a special service to watercolor world.

He has been part of many international exhibitions and demonstrations.

His paintings can be found in the Paper and Watermark Museum (Museo della Carta e della Filigrana) in Fabriano Italy, and in many private collections.
